Par un décret en date du 03/02/22, le Cardinal Farrell, Préfet du Dicastère pour les Laïcs, la Famille et la Vie, a nommé le Cardinal Ricard, Archevêque émérite de Bordeaux, Délégué Pontifical, assisté de deux autres délégués, pour « gouverner l’association, de manière temporaire, avec pleins pouvoirs de gouvernement ».
